We endeavour to process any personal information relating to you from which you may be identified, in accordance with that Act. Information may be processed in accordance with our Data Protection Registration and we shall not process your personal information in any manner incompatible with those purposes or without your consent unless we are required by law to do so. We shall not be requesting or processing any sensitive personal data about you. We shall not retain information relating to you longer than is necessary for the purposes for which it obtained.

Use of Cookies
We never use cookies to retrieve information from your computer that was not already voluntarily provided to us by you.

Inniu stores your e-mail account information as secure information which is password protected. Your details will not be passed to third parties for their marketing purposes outside of the Inniu Services without your explicit permission. Inniu may use e-mail to send you messages about faults and service issues. Inniu may also use e-mail to keep you up to date with news about the Inniu Software and services. If you do not want to be kept informed in this way by e-mail, please contact Inniu at support@inniu.co.uk.

Mobile Number
Your mobile number is stored as secure information. Your details will not be passed to third parties for their marketing purposes outside of the Inniu Services without your explicit permission. Inniu may use your telephone number to send you messages about service related issues or in instances contact you as a courtesy to ensure your experience is as good as it can be. Inniu may also use your telephone number to keep you up to date with news about the Inniu Software and services. If you do not want to be kept informed in this way by e-mail, please contact Inniu at support@inniu.co.uk.

Voicemails
Inniu deposits your voicemails directly into your email account provided by your email provider. Inniu only stores your voicemails in the event that it encounters problems in depositing the voicemail. If this occurs we store the voicemail for a maximum duration of 30 days as secure information during which time the system will reattempt delivery.

Feedback
We may use your email addresses to contact you regarding feedback. Any and all information which is voluntarily submitted in feedback forms on the Website is used for the purposes of reviewing this feedback and improving the Inniu Service and Website. Inniu reserves the right to use anonymous information for our marketing purposes. Inniu may from time to time ask you feedback which will be used to measure and improve quality of our service.

Notification of Changes
Inniu reserves the right to modify the provisions of this Privacy Statement if deemed necessary. You agree that your continued use of the Inniu Software shall constitute your acceptance of the Privacy Statement.


How to access your information
Along with all other rights granted to you under the 1998 Act, you may at any time in writing or by e-mail request a copy of your personal information which we hold. We will comply with this request but, only after we are given information by you to satisfy ourselves as to your identity. We will charge a fee of £20 for providing this information and the information will be provided no later than one month from when we receive your request.
